As your therapist, I show up as a collaborator, a guide, and, when needed, a compassionate challenger. I work from a place of honesty, curiosity, and respect for the courage it takes to show up and do this kind of work—especially when anxiety, doubt, or conflict are part of the picture.

With individuals who have OCD or anxiety, I use evidence-based practices like exposure and acceptance to help you move toward greater psychological flexibility and self-trust. The goal isn’t to eliminate fear, but to help you live with more courage and intention, even when fear is present. With couples, I help partners step out of rigid cycles, take emotional risks, and build more honest, connected relationships.

I’m not afraid to lean into the complexity of relationships or internal struggle. Together, we’ll look at your patterns, history, and strengths to better understand what’s getting in the way of connection and meaningful change.

We’ll slow down, get honest, and look at thoughts, emotions, and habits in order to uncover what matters most, and to help you live in alignment with it.
